Refunds and Cancellation

Virtual Staffing Services: Cancellations for ongoing virtual staffing services must be made with a 30-day notice prior to the next billing cycle. Any cancellation requests received after this period will result in charges for the upcoming billing cycle, with the service continuing until the end of that cycle.

Go High-Level (GHL) Subscription Services: GHL subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Once canceled, you will retain access to the subscription services until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for that cycle.
