Service Fulfillment

Virtual Staffing Services: Upon receiving your order, we will begin the process of matching you with the right virtual team members. You will receive an onboarding email within 24-48 hours, and work will commence as per the agreed timeline and scope of work.

Go HighLevel (GHL) Subscription Services: Services for GHL subscriptions will begin once the first payment is made. Access to the subscription platform and associated tools will be provided after payment is confirmed.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds and CancellationVirtual Staffing Services:

Cancellations for ongoing virtual staffing services must be made with a 30-day notice prior to the next billing cycle. Any cancellation requests received after this period will result in charges for the upcoming billing cycle, with the service continuing until the end of that cycle.

Go High-Level (GHL) Subscription Services:

GHL subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Once canceled, you will retain access to the subscription services until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for that cycle.
